PAYMENT
I accept PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards). Payment is due when your order is placed. Your purchase will be shipped once payment is received on my end. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Your transaction(s) with me will be shown on your invoice/receipt as Moss Cottage.

SHIPPING

If for any reason you are not happy with your experience or purchase, please let me know by e-mail at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order and I'll do everything I can to ensure your shopping experience is a great one. Please keep in mind that handcrafted items may have imperfections. No returns are permitted on bath/beauty products.
Should an item need to be returned, you will receive a full refund on the cost of the item. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
