This is a one-time selection of some of my favourite cut flower varieties. Plants have been grown from seed by me and will be ready to go and into your garden beds after a short period of 'hardening off'.

The exact selection of plants will be determined at a later date based upon germination and once everything is further along and of transplant size. All will be good for sun/part-sun and average soil conditions. All make excellent cut flowers and have been selected for that reason. Your Cut Flower Seedling Selection will include a minimum of 20 plugs/plants.

The following are some possible plants in the share.

Feverfew, Annual Phlox, Aster, Cosmos, Zinnia, annual grass selection …🌱

I reserve the right to substitute varieties as needed.

Plants will be ready for PICKUP tentatively between May 10-17, 2026

SPECIAL NOTE:

Your seedlings may still require an additional period of hardening off before being able to safely transplant to your gardens. This means that they need to be slowly acclimatized to the outdoor (vs. greenhouse) growing environment. This will require you to place the seedlings outside for periods of time during the day and back in at night, slowly increasing the amount of time they are out during the day until it is safe to leave them out overnight and then eventually to their planting place. Generally speaking, planting out (even after hardening off) should not be done until after the last frost for our zone 3 growing season. I tend to wait until the full moon in June to be on the "safe" side but a watch of the weather forecast - especially night time temperatures above freezing may allow for an earlier planting.

The seedling collection is exactly that - seedling size (plugs) plants which are the size I plant out into my cutting gardens. Once bumped up and out into your gardens, weather permitting, they grow into strong plants very quickly.
